Growth Marketing & Conversion Rate Optimization

While Growth Hacking sounds like a hot buzzword in the marketing and startup world, it is a framework that can bring great value to your company. Most people think it is ideating one tactical solution that will exponentially grow your business (Similar to what Airbnb did in their early days by posting their inventory of homes in Craiglist). While silver bullets like that do happen (occasionally), the concept behind true growth hacking is different.

Growth hacking is an iterative learning process in which you rapidly test and optimize elements or tactics in your acquisition, activation and retention stages of a customer’s journey. Most of these tests will lead to slight increases in conversion rates that will generate compounded improvements. The more tests you run, the faster you can improve. But also the more you will learn about your customers – and that is a true competitive advantage.
